Everyone is always talking about the bad players so I thought id start a thread about the good ones.
name at least 1 offensive and at least 1 defensive player you love on our roster.
Offense: Ingram
Ingram may have been bad his first few years but I love the way the guy has played the last 2 seasons. I hope he can stay healthy this year.
Defense: Breaux
No explanation needed, I think he improved a ton throughout the season and next year he wont suffer from the few mistakes he made on deep balls throughout the year.

Offense - Armstead - he is a freak of an athlete playing LT
Defense - Breaux - as stated - enough said. Dude plays like its his last play on every down.

Offense: Brandon Coleman..call me crazy I think he puts it together this year
Defense: Stephone Anthony. Another guy I think busts out in a big way this season.

I tried to think of it as who would I like to meet and talk to the most.
Michael Lewis and Marques Colston.

I love value. The best valued players on the team IMO are Armstead and Breaux. Top notch starters for low pay. It's a whole different value scenario when the big contract comes. Graham was a perfect example. At $1mil or less we were getting extreme value. Now at $8.9mil this year it is more likely than not he will not "earn his pay" in statistical production.

Brandin Cooks- Dude is a baller, if we add some other receiver that can take a little focus off him he could be our #1 for a long time
Cam Jordan- Pro Football Focus had him as a top 5 D Lineman, but because he doesn't get the sack numbers homie doesn't get the respect he deserves. He has been one of the only defensive draft picks we have had work out in a long time

Offense: Unger, pretty weak at guard so having a top notch center right now is a pretty big deal. Of course the obvious answer is Brees
Defense: Cameron Jordan, he has been a consistent presence on dline for years at rushing the passer and stopping the run. He needs help, but even teams double teaming him and game planning him, he still puts up good numbers.

My boys.
Khiry Robinson: dude needs more touches to show what he can really do.
Tyeler Davison: Saw this kid play full throttle all pre-season and then finally get a few chances and he looks solid.

Offense: I've always loved Ingram. Such energy in the beginning. Now he's settled in, and he still plays solid and is positive. No locker room disruption and puts in the work. He's slippery when we get him to the second level, and he hits hard.
Defense: Keenan Lewis. I noticed his injury problems started last year (not this past) with a knee in a game where he stayed out limping, still making plays. He was our only potentially lockdown corner, and he plays hard. Him healthy and Breaux are going to be so well-balanced.
