Based on what?
They may win the trust dispute (still unlikely imo), but that does not include any voting shares
The burden of proof for deeming him incompetent at the time of the change gets harder by the day, and has already been ruled in his favor too
The irrevocable trust takes control away from Benson, only allowing substitutions of equal value. It was created with the estate tax in mind. Still, non-voting shares so I don't really care who wins that onr

Understood. I never thought they'd win that
I was under the impression that the trust/ asset swap deal was still being debated. Has that been settled?
ETA: the battle I'm talking about is TB trying to revoke an irrevocable trust.

That is pretty irrelevant though
It only included non-voting shares of the Saints, so no decision making power comes with it
Basically, that is just about $$ and shouldn't impact Saints operations
If he had put voting shares in it, he wouldn't have control now. The head of the Trust would
