I don't know who we cut to sign him, but they weren't making the team.
Fellas. This guy isn't getting any guaranteed money. There's no risk involved. The only thing I don't like about it is that it takes playing time away from Crawley and Harris. It also pushes them to play better.

After last night I saw several people (namely almost every backup O and D lineman and several other backup defensive players) who clearly aren't making it.
Maybe Finnegan makes the 53, or maybe not, but he is no doubt better than whomever we will cut.

You can't start the season with your most experienced CB with one year experience

my buddy played WR at missouri western and played against him a few times... said he was complete garbage and he HATES seeing him on the field for the saints

Really? I mean I don't think he is good, but always felt he was a decent 4th CB. Did he just not like him personally or he really was that bad of a player in college?
