State: Will Smith's gun never retrieved, never visible. Will Smith "was never a threat."

Prosecutor: "Kevin O'Neal decided to go on a media tour"

Justin Ross, another witness who posted a well-circulated video online, will testify that he never heard Smith mention a gun, ADA says.

Napoli: O'Neil wasn't scared until Hayes fired gun. "He will try to help his friend. He cannot change what he's already said."
Ramon Antonio Vargas ?@RVargasAdvocate
ADA says Hayes' passenger, O'Neal, will try to help his friend by taking the stand, but he can't change what he said during 'a media tour.'

Napoli: All bullets came from Hayes's 45-caliber gun. To claim anyone else fired on Racquel is "most disingenuous thing."

ADA: now attacking claims that retired NOPDer Billy Ceravolo moved gun away from Will Smith's possession after shooting.

ADA: Former Saints RB Pierre Thomas will testify that he saw Cardell Hayes execute his friend, Will Smith.

Also, surveillance videos from a number of places, including the Windsor Court hotel, will show that Billy Ceravolo was nowhere near scene.

Her speaking to Will's character and demeanor will absolutely be relevant in this case when it will be under attack by the defense
Does that really need an explanation?

And I am not sure the prosecution really wants to get into their married life......
Would be a softball for the defense to bring up the wife beating

You are assuming the jurors will be educated people that will only look at the facts and not let emotional plays by the attorneys change their way of thinking. That isnt always the case

Which is why you get on in front of it...it will 100% be brought up

The "beating" incident, which wasn't a beating, is 100% getting brought up either way. I think it is intelligent to get out in front of it and try to control it.
And that first part was your own words, was trying to trick you
