What's the best way to get into the parking garages at the dome? I have a pass for garage 5. I can come in from either way - westbank or I10.

Thanks!

I will never give away my secret route to the dome. You have to be coming from the east bank anyways :-?

Take Hwy 90 and go over the Huey P. Take a right on Jefferson Hwy once you come over the Huey P. Get on Causeway Blvd from Jefferson Hwy. Get off on Airline Hwy and take that to I-10. Get off at the Carondelet/St Charles exit. Get in the left lane when you exit and make the immediate left onto Carondelet. Take this to either Girod or Poydras, which ever garage 5 is on.

if you get off at Huey P go up to Earhart via Clearview. Would be much faster then all those turns and red lights.

There are just as many red lights going that way once Earhart ends.

I came from the West Bank for years. Take the GNO and get off on the Claiborne exit. From there you can go past Tulane Avenue and take a right on Cleveland. Take a left on Saratoga and park in Tulane's Saratoga garage.

1. You will not hit any traffic whatsoever.

2. Saratoga does not charge event rates. Parking will cost you 5-6 bucks.

Take me all of 8 minutes from causeway and airline to the st Charles exit just now. Earhart would be double.

You are on the interstate for all of a couple miles. The super dome exit can get backed up, this is why I go to the st Charles exit. This doesn't back up.

id just rather not sit in traffic. Make a UTurn on Earhart and get on the Claiborne bridge, it takes you right out to the best spot to park. There is never any traffic to worry about, even leading up to kickoff.

you're probably posting from the traffic you're sitting in
