We do have trouble with them late in the yea

Lately, this is typically because we are sitting starters since we usually play them the last game of the season. I don't think it'll be an easy win either way though.

I'm not predicting anything but did you watch the game? Tampa had a shot to be in that game but when Glennon wasn't over throwing his receivers they were dropping they ball.

They lost 31-6. They didn't have that much of a shot. And Glennon really wasn't all that bad and didn't overthrow that much. As you said, there were drops and a lot of balls were contested because Carolina D is good. Also, his o line wasn't doing shite for him.

Anyone taking them lightly is naive. They arguably play us tough more consistently than the others.

Carolina to the Saints is like Ole Miss to LSU.

Both mediocre, average football teams who give us fits every year. I hate that fricking team.

I think their D is pretty legit, but I've been less than impressed with what I've seen from them on offense. Shula is still a terrible OC.

Yep.

You can shut their offense down is you play physical and disciplined in your lanes.

This. The proof is in the record, and honestly they have a better record against us than Atlanta in recent years.

seems like CAR has a stout D-line. A lot of times it doesn't even seem like they are blitzing and are just getting great pressure from the front four.

I'm still a skeptic of their offense, I've just never thought much of Mike Shula, although right now he's making it work.

I think they are a good team but like I said, their schedule has been cake so far. It will be interesting to see how things play out. Its not like we couldn't afford a loss to them, and that seems likely given the history we have with them.

They asked him if they could beat te saints and win the division and he said "absolutely, BUT we have to stay focused and worty about our games before that. We have a tough matchup vs atlanta next week and we have to start thinking of that instead of whats way ahead on the schedule"

Thats a pretty good Sunday School answer.

I hate Cam, but thats not exactly locker room material.

Their whole defensive front is nasty, and their secondary keeps getting better. We won't establish a strong run game, and if they can throw Brees off of his game, they have a very good shot. Cam is playing the best football of his career.

It's not a big deal to think we lose. Realistically, this is an 11-5, maybe 12-4 team.

Their defense scares me because of that line. If they go out and get someone like Josh Gordon to give Newton an actual weapon besides Smith at the deadline, they will be dangerous.

Yeah. Wouldn't surprise me if they split.

I hate Cam Newton. I think he is a massive, arrogant count.

However, the OP is taking this out of context. He said, when asked about the Saints, they could be them. He also said right after that they need to take it a game at a time though.

They don't have a shot at the division. I just looked at their next 3 opponents. ATL, @SF, and NE.

If he don't get his "bonus check" before the game, they don't win.
