Not if you understood that the GM and Harbaugh hated each other. They tried to trade him before the season and had no plans to retain him once it was over. Them missing the playoffs was reason enough for the GM.

The "Tampa 2" has been in the league for decades, that shelflife alone makes it a solid defense. Everyone who coaches it says its basically the Steelers Defense from the 70s
