Would also take more than their 2 first round picks for the Browns to move up to 2. They would also have to include their 2nd rounder or a future 1st rounder.

This is just a smoke screen from the Titans trying to get the most out of their #2 pick. Now the minimum will be two #1's. Browns won't be moving up to #2.

Just bc the draft trade value chart says so, does not always mean that is what each team has to give/receive.
