Well we know Breaux is definitely coming back, so I guess it will be down to health and depth for the other two.
I really don't think Kelemete (or Peat) should be playing RT, which means it's very important for Ramcyzk to stay healthy right now, and also why I think, if healthy, Strief comes back.

Keep Breaux off the field...defense has been playing better without him and Anzalone.
