Brandon Browner not to be charged

Browner was arrested one month ago for assault but the evidence was not clear for assault. It may just have been him "interfering"during the confrontation. Some things never change.

Plus, it would have to be seriously ripe for it to burst like you see in the movies. Most tomatoes would just bounce off. And if you are carrying tomatoes that are that ripe you would already have a mess on your hand.
