Anyone ever purchase tickets off the saints website?

I did it through the ticket exchange last night and it said I would receive a email when my tickets were ready for download. Still nothing. I've received my confirmation email but that's it.

I'd definitely call the TM 800 number then.
Log back into your ticketmaster account and you might be able to force the download.

It's usually sent in a minute or so.
The tickets come as a pdf attachment, save them to your computer, and print them.
You don't have to save them, but I do it in case there's a problem with the printout.

Went online & bought my tickets this morning, got the email right away & printed out my tickets...BOOM!
