anybody notice Snead ignoring his tendered contract? whats that about?

has anybody else noticed that Snead is quietly sitting back and ignoring his tendered contract so far?
what is that about? was he waiting to see if cooks was traded or not or is it a money thing delay?
just curious if anyone heard anything about his contract and if the delay was in any way related to cooks or just money?

He's hoping for a long term deal instead, which I doubt we do (but if we do it's to keep him happy).
He's an ERFA this year and would be a RFA next year (likely to get the second round tender offer). So I see it happening next year instead.
