Yes it does. You're literally an idiot and have no fricking idea how the draft works. Teams do not try to draft starters in the 7th round, that is completely a statistical anomaly. Starters come from the first few rounds, middle rounders are for developmental/future starters/backups and special teamers. The final few rounds are specifically for role players and special teamers, there was almost no chance the Saints were going to get a player who would start for them at this spot. Any guard who has made it to the 237th fricking pick is not going to start over 2 guards who have several years of experience under their belt including plenty of starts.

Yea the draft should just end after 3 rounds. It's not like there's ever been a solid 7th round pick, ever.
