I guess the only thing I'll root for to end the year is B Cooks getting 1K

He'll get that easy.

As one of the biggest critics of the Cooks pick, I have admittedly been impressed with his performance the last several weeks.

He might not be a number one, but if he can stay healthy then he should make for a hell of a deep threat for years to come.

Add Willie Snead to that list. He came out in that draft, although he wasn't drafted.

I felt the same way about Marquis Lee going into that draft.

I loved the pick at the time, but absolutely hate it now. Hes a good player, but not a 1st round talent at his size. Coming out, I thought he was more explosive after the catch and that is not the case.

I like Cooks, but as has been mentioned before and after the draft, we could have had a DB in the first like Verrett and still nabbed one of the many in your list without having to trade up. Many people on here wanted Matthews, Landry, ARob, and some were talking about Moncrief. And yes, a few were talking about Lee and Latimer

I would have been perfectly happy going WR WR, but we all knew that wouldn't happen. DB WR would have been better and it showed since the morons reached on a project not on the team anymore.

I've really been happy to see Cooks' play the last few weeks though, unfortunately the Saints D is trash and the O seems to go stale as well.

Cooks is too reliant on the deep ball and is so lackluster after the catch, but he is a solid recevier.

Yeah if we had taken a CB Verrett was my choice. So many people knocked on him because of his height but he is a baller.
