Many of us said that would be acceptable. And next week we got a team being shithoused by the worst team in the NFL lined up for us

Yep I told myself it had to be 2-2 or better after 4 games or I am done for this season! I was giving them 4 games. Seems we might make it!

I said 2-2 was the absolute floor through the first 4 games. I expected wins against the Vikings and Dolphins. Beating the Panthers and Dolphins will be acceptable.

Well we are still 1-2 and not playing as well as we would like over 3 games. Just get better week to week. And beat the fish

What is it 8:30 central time?

My only concern is the Saints might come into that game overlooking the Dolphins and get taken to the woodshed. Saints always shite the bed against these type of teams.

That would be great. Sneak out one of those 2 after the bye and we'd be in good shape.

I hope it happens and we get some stud reinforcements back after the bye week with possibly Armstead, Strief, lattimore, Snead all being back in the next 2-3 weeks.

With that being said, how many times have we been in this position and then to have a heartbreaker brake our backs.

On another note, we need to run the ball more to keep our D off the damn field.

The Heartbreakers would be when we go down 2-3 continuing the streak of never being over 500 lol

Playing vikings home opener on a Monday night is tough, Vikings kicked the bucs arses without Bradford and playing against Pats is touugh bc Brady is well Brady... and I'm personally not a fan of Brady but The guy is an all time legend with maybe the greatest football coach to ever walk the planet... just saying it's a tough draw for first two games, saints schedule will get easier... we will be getting some good players back soon too hopefully. I think if the saints win against the Dolphins the playoffs will become a serious possibility. Things just got exciting fellas we have a chance!

one thing about it though.

think about how much the Dolphins have been distracted so far.

their 1st game got postponed.

then they traveled ACROSS COUNTRY to play San Diego and squeaked out a win in which the home team doesn't really have a home field advantage.

then they TRAVEL to the Meadowlands to play a team that they should handle only they put up 7 points and lose.

so now the TRAVEL again across the pond to play a Saints team who has a Bye Week after this game.

just some intangibles to think about.

You can blast me if it backfires and the Dolphins win easily.

Deal?
