After this, I'll probably do one for everybody past the 7th round since they don't do that anymore, and then the UDFAs

10. MARVIN MITCHELL (2007): LB who mostly contributed on special teams for 4 years. Made 2 starts for the Saints during 2009 Super Bowl season.
9. COLBY BOCKWOLDT (2004): Saints starting LB in 2005. 23 starts in 2 seasons, with 100 tackles and 2 fumble recoveries.
8. GILL FENERTY (1986): Didn't play for the Saints until 1990. 1,931 all-purpose yards in 2 seasons with the team.
7. BOB NEWLAND (1971): Played 4 seasons with the Saints. 1,877 receiving yards. 8 TDs. Started 27 games.
6. KEVIN HOUSER (2000): Saints long snapper for 9 seasons (2000-2008). Played in 144 games.
5. ERNIE JACKSON (1972): 52 starts with the Saints at CB from 1972 to 1977. 15 career INTs, 8 fumble recoveries and 1 TD.
4. ZACH STRIEF (2006): 10 years with Saints. Has been starter at RT since 2011. 140 games. 76 starts.
3. GENE ATKINS (1987): Five-year starter at safety for the Saints. 4th in Saints history with 21 INTs. Also recovered 13 fumbles and had 7 sacks.
2. ERIC MARTIN (1985): #2 receiver in Saints history with 7,854 yards. #2 in games played with 143. #2 in receptions with 532. #4 with 48 TDs. 3 career 1,000 yard seasons. Made the 1998 Pro Bowl. Also has 863 yards on special teams.
1. MARQUES COLSTON (2006): Saints all time WR leader in receiving yards (9,759), games played (146), receptions (711), and TDs (72). Only Joe Horn has more receiving yards per game. Is in the top 50 in NFL history in receiving yards per game, TDs, receptions, and receiving yards.

That's a pretty solid top 5 for the 7th round.

Just curious, how much of this info is off the top of your head and how much did you have to research?

I knew where most of them were going to go and I knew general stats, but I had to look up the specific facts like exact yards and team starts.

I have firsthand knowledge of most of the Archie Manning Era forward, and I know the 60s from friends and relatives.
