Lol Arizona taking a FG from the 1. That coach needs to be fired.

now... we would be 4-2 in the NFC South while they would be 2-4 in the NFC West

Division record is only for teams in the same division.

Bad news is the 49ers are winning but that was expected.

Good news is that the Cardinals are beating the Cowboys 19-7 in the 3rd.

A cardinals win forced the Rams to try next week vs the Vikings which we need them to win against them.

Rams play the 49ers next week.

We need the Saints to win out and Rams to win next week and we’re in.

that’s if Vikings with backup QB lose on road at GB (12-3) tonight

Yeah it’s a safe bet but I’m a big jinx so didn’t want to leave that out.

Packers are favored over Vikings
Saints will be favored over Falcons
Rams will be favored over 49ers

Chalk it up and we make the playoffs.

Don’t we also get in if Vikings lose tonight and Cowboys beat the eagles next week?
Assuming we win out.

There are other scenarios where we make it in, the one I listed is just the easiest. Our first rd opponent can still change too depending on whether we get the 6 or 7 seed but we’ll most likely be the 7 playing the 2 seed.

That could be the Rams, Bucs, Cowboys... either way we’re probably getting our arse kicked

for reference... the Saints with Taysom Hill at QB were 11.5 point dogs at Tampa Bay (which the Saints won 9-0)

A Viking loss tonight clinches a spot in the playoffs for the Eagles

then the final spot would all come down to Saints & 49ers

A saints loss next week would leave the niners playing for nothing correct?

I’d assume they’d flex the schedule to align those two games in that case
