If we’re tied with the 49ers I believe we win that tie breaker due to NFC Record.

if they beat the Rams but lose to the Texans... we would both be tied at 9-8 overall, 7-5 in the NFC

now... we would be 4-2 in the NFC South while they would be 2-4 in the NFC West
