The temperature of the board seems like the season is over... had some false hope last night when the Lakers allowed Zion to stack some layups and dunks but took the "others" away...

So the real question is. Win Friday? Get 2 home games at home against a young OKC team? Get some experience and move on no matter win or loss?

Or

Chalk it up as a wasted season and start making changes ASAP.

UPVOTE FOR WIN

Gotta try to win, fight your way through the opening series, and get Zion back from there.

I am exactly where I was on my stance last year.

You still have young pieces that need the actual Playoff experience.

I would win at all costs

They deserve a competent organization which tries to win titles not lose in the first round or play-in.

Agree,

Floated the idea of attending last night but the early week game was rough matched with the outcome we just witnessed Sunday. Knew it would be a little tighter, but was still the same outcome.

Was hoping for a Pels/Warriors game Friday and would have done Date Night... but went to the Kings/Pels game earlier this year, not trying to see Fox and the boys play twice.

How about you go to watch this city’s team.

Watched the same game a few months ago...

Not ruling it out, may be able to make it...but Kings aren't as intriguing as watching the Warriors.

Also, Pels swept the Kings this year...

The Lakers didn't allow Zion easy shots, they tried to make him work harder to tire him. LeBron was in there trying to draw charges and Zion was challenged and beat up all game. They literally drew Zion's blood.

Anyway, play to win the game because playoff experience matters. Accumulate experience for Trey, Herb, Dyson, etc.

Lebron wasn’t “in there” trying to draw charges, they put Zion in a spot where he was out of control.

Including the spin moves he made where he fell on his arse and no one touched him.

Including the layup he airballed after blocking lebron’s shot which led to an easy lebron dunk.

They didn’t want CJ or BI to get it going and get comfortable, if that would have happened they would have been in a tough spot… they easily chalked up a couple or wide open dunks and layups to cool. You got it buddy. (Most of them happened when the lakers controllled the pace and score).
