Guard off the bench

Also, Jones was 2 for 4 from 3.

Zion Williamson just left the building wasn't walking with a limp or anything. Didn't have a visible wrap on his leg either.

I mean if he left this game for an actual sore leg: what the hell is this organization doing? Why did he agree to leave?

Like 14th but jones has more than that.

Just sour.

I think he was responding to me asking if this was his first game he watched

Yeah I was responding to my first game remark.

No matter what game it was, coaching needs direction.

Rod Walker texted the same. Interesting but also weird that he pulled himself in such a tight game.

I have an MD and have ordered imaging on many a knee. They are all f**king sore. Thanks for nothing Willie! Actually thanks for choking on Sunday! We should not have been playing tonight at all. Pack your shite and let Z coach the next game on crutches like Lance Harper in Varsity Blues.

I'm not sure how I'm going to feel if the imaging comes back negative tomorrow.

On one hand, awesome it means Zion is playing Thursday (he fricking better)

On the other hand, I'm going to question why the frick he pulled himself out of that game tonight because he got a bruise or felt a slight pull.

That’s exactly how I feel.

But honestly ill take the positive- honestly if its the kings (we own them) and thunder are a much better matchup.

By the way we play Friday- more time for Z to rest if its not serious.

I've already accepted that we're going to lose to the Kings on Thursday, regardless of Zion's availability.

It's the easiest bet in the history of sports. This is the Pelicans after all and it would be the most Pels thing ever to get eliminated by a team at home that you were 5-0 against in the regular season.

They just don’t matchup with us if Zion plays. If we play hard like we did tonight even if we miss shots we’ll beat the kings. Even JV frustrates Sabonis. Its just a great matchup.

Oh trust me, conventional wisdom says we should win even without Zion.

Which means, we're definitely losing.

I don't think zion is walking off under his own power with a bad knee. I think he strained his hammy again

Watch the clip of him walking off to the locker room. The left knee deviates medially (inwards) he puts weight on the left knee more than the right knee deviates medially when he puts weight on the right knee. That is not a hamstring. I am betting on MCL sprain or tear. Of course, I have been drinking and am just looking at a video clip so its just a opinion.

It's actually his left leg that was reported.
