Why does Joel keep saying Tyreke will return before Quincy?

MM was surprised that we got the hardship exception because his sources said QPon was coming back soon. Quincy must have had a set back.

Pondexter (on Twitter) said a couple days ago, that he'd be back sometime in 2015.
