No game left on the schedule is an automatic loss. Utah tomorrow night might be the toughest remaining game.

By the time we play GS they may have locked up the #1 seed and may rest their starters.

I'm not predicting we win out or make the playoffs, but the ole lady and I (she's either a fan or pretends to be one) are enjoying this win with some adult beverages, and I feel pretty good right about now.

We probably won't make the playoffs, but it would be very satisfying if we did.

Utah is gonna be tough.

On the road, second of a back to back, against a team that has played Cousins very well. Both games played in two high altitude states that a southern team has to travel to and play on little sleep and little prep....Oh and the Jazz have two days of rest going into the game.

If we win tomorrow it will be one of the more impressive wins for me this season.

I honestly had this one chalked up as a "schedule loss" in my head when I looked at the schedule after we got Cousins. But we are playing good enough I think, crazy as it may be, we have a solid chance.

Up through the quad and into the gymnasium. Bring your green hat.

What I'm excited about is that the team seems to believe they have a chance and are making it fun to be a fan again.

Does 8-2 with a perfect record against Denver and Portland get us in?

Blazers have won 6 of 7. I think we can afford ONE loss (not against Portland) to make it in.

We are NOT beating Utah tomorrow. This is the Pelicans. They will not go streaking. If they do I'll ban myself again for a week

I don't think their schedule is that easy, they have a lot of home games but they also have to play the Rockets, Jazzx2 (one home one away), and Spurs, along with the Pels and the Nuggets. I think there may be a lot on the line in the last game of the season.

ETA: Their other 3 games are T'Wolvesx2 (one home and one away) and the Suns.

Please bring the Pelicans to the playoffs. Go on a 10 game win streak and have Portland, Denver, and Dallas all shite the bed.

would surely be the best ending to a season in New Orleans history.

only thing close would be our final year with Monty...you know, the season he "had to make the playoffs" or lose his job?

They have lost 4 of their last 5, scoring under 100 points in each of those losses, and Gobert called some of the players out after the last game.

We will either beat the crap out of them b/c they come out still in their funk, or they break that funk and beat the crap out of us.

How can anyone say this is an easy schedule? There's easily 3 or 4 losses in this stretch for Portland. If this was the Pels' final stretch they would have no shot at the Playoffs.

I believe they actually play TWolves 3 times. One game got postponed.

Anyway, 7 of the Blazers last 10 games are at home. 6 of the 10 are against teams with losing records. It is easy, especially when you start it with a 4 game lead.

We honestly need to win out if we want to make it. At 42 losses, the best we can finish is 40-42. Both Portland and Denver are 35-38 right now. There's no room for error right now. Let's see what them Pels are made of.
