Not sure who the coach will be, or if the roster will be the same, but we will make the playoffs. I have seen too much talent, whether in the obvious form of Anthony Davis or the glimpses of hope from Gordon and Evans, to believe we will continue playing at this level.

Maybe we just suck at playing on the West Coast?

I was fricking around. I am a lot of things, but I am not negative like LasVegasBandit. Positive energy, cosmic thinking, nirvana. Expand your mind. Rastafari.

getting into the playoffs was going to be a struggle where most every game counts

we've already dropped 3 "must win" games

the playoffs are a HUGE longshot right now

Doesn't winning a game you aren't favored to make up for that? Memphis comes to mind.

just checking. he posted on the TE saying he was giving away free tickets for Sat. night's game.

I may bring my son out there for that one. His birthday party is that day. Would be a nice way to end the day.

no such thing as a must win game in november.

should win? sure. must win? nah.

they will catch fire. they have no reason to be in the playoffs anyway if they can't start taking games from the better teams in the conference. a few shitty losses to shitty teams sucks, but i'm not worried yet. the Lakers are gonna hang around .500 until Kobe comes back, and the Suns are a better team than most think. the Jazz should have been a win, but shite happens.

SFP, this is kind of ridiculous. We have like 73 games left. Come on man. Basketball is a game of runs...and that counts for wins too. Sometimes teams get hot.

Obviously things would need to change.

Dude, this is the Western Conference. You're not guaranteed as many opportunities for wins like you would in the Eastern Conference. We have had 3 games against 2 teams expected to tank and we blow all 3 of them. The schedule for the rest of the month is still mostly light, but you have to make these opportunities count.

Look at the West standings. You swap out the Suns with Hou and that's your playoff teams.

Only other team I see possibly falling out is Portland--which is unlikely.

We all knew the 8th seed in the West was going to be a battle, you are naive to think these losses to terrible teams do not matter.

Injuries could bring any team (yes including us) out of the playoffs

Find my post where I said "These losses don't matter."

All I'm saying is that it is ridiculous to say that the playoffs are over. It is a very long season and things change.

Do I think we make the playoffs? No.
