Not sure what you can really take from these workout videos. Thomas Robinson looke like a can't miss prospect in them last year and look how he has turned out so far.
Some things that jumped out to my were obviously his explosive athleticism and what looks like a better handle which he would need at the 2

Did he really? I remember one of the lottery teams predraft workout session where I questioned Robinson's ability to shoot the ball after watching it. I remember It being pretty awful.

I remember Beal and Lillard looking amazing in their videos. And even Waiters. They all turned out pretty good.

The way he blew by those cones gave me flashbacks of MJ's 63 in the Garden.

Seriously though, Lowe had an article on D and 3 guys on the NBA. Where is Battier 2.0?

DX tweeted out some draftees that fit the mold. First name on the list? Oladipo

Not a fan. I don't think he can score with any consistency at the NBA level, and his game fits more of a defensive 3 in a 2's body. Reminds me of Desmond Mason a bit, or Tony Allen.

I think we need a scorer as well as speed at the 1 and 2. I just don't see it with Oladipo.

If we draft him I hope I'm wrong and he's the next Dwayne Wade and my statements get bumped again and again. The second he becomes a Pelican I'll love him, and I don't dislike him, he's just not what I want right now.
