I suspected this was coming. He was missing too much time for just a little issue.

We are fricked. Can't trade him. Probably can't trade EG. Teams may not give up enough to trade Ryno. Can't move Asik's contract yet.

Ug.

Probably for the best. Dell is handcuffed. Keep the roster, let Gordon go in the offseason, move on with a new GM who can maybe include Tyreke in a sign and trade

Really all you can do at this point is take it on the chin. Hope EG doesn't come back this year, attempt to deal Anderson

Cleveland is interested so maybe not. Hell we gave up a first round pick for him.

Is this real?

If we keep demps he will probably resign Gordon for 15+ mill. I have no faith that they let him walk. Demps was dump enough to give asik a 50 million $ deal to play D and rebound. He will give Gordon what he wants.

Yeah. Might be for the best. No major moves, they let Dell know that they will be letting him go once the trade deadline passes.

Where is this information from? Sounds like bullshite. I doubt he risks undermining his own career like that. The guy isn't stupid. Maybe he knew that our staff was entirely incompetent back then, but everyone just wanted to blame him.

It came out in the last few months, I saw it referenced 2nd hand but I think it might be part of MM's retirement tour.

Choosing to prolong recovery does seem to violate the 2nd of the 3 Ms that typically motivate players, Money, Minutes, Market. But whether it's 3 or 4 botched starter recoveries is irrelevant. This is beyond "one of those things" and whether they fire anybody or not, they need to employ a new philosophy regarding recovery that doesn't ask What Would Bud Kilmer Do?
