Al Harrington

besides his god awful contract, he plays no defense. Bad fit for this team There is a reason he doesn't stick around with a team for long despite being a good scorer

His contract isn't God awful. It's bad but not God awful. And that he plays no defense and wouldn't fit in with this team. Lol. Yeh cause Jason Smith, David Anderson, and Marco Belinelli are shut down defenders.

We also need legit offense more than defense right now.

I think it is a good trade proposal for both sides and certainly would make us a better team.

But until there is 0% chance of adding a big man like Dalembert off of the bench, I wouldn't want to trade our expirings.

The same could be said of David West last season. I'd still be concerned about the length of the deal, but unless he has known attitude problems or is too slow or stupid to play defense, I wouldn't be too concerned about his previous focus being mostly on offense.

I don't think this trade would push us into the Finals. But I think we'd absolutely be a threat to make the WC finals especially if it pushes us into the top 4 and get homecourt advantage in the first round.

Aaron Afflalo is a 45 percent shooter from 3. He also can put the ball on the floor and get to the tim and when he gets to the free throw line he is shooting 85 percent from the stripe.

Not to mention he plays really good D.

I can't say it enough how good our perimeter would be with CP3, Afflalo and Ariza. This would also allow Afflalo to guard a guy like Westbrook and allow CP3 to go on Harden or Sefelosha. So he wouldn't be exerting near the amount of energy on defense.

Thanks to NBA 2k I really like harrington, he is that scoring threat that can go off in a game... however seems like he has an attitude problem

Time to bump this thread IMO. Call Denver now while they are doing a complete makeover of their team.

Bellineli, QPon and Banks' contract

For

Afflalo and Harrington OR Birdman Anderson.

This gets the Nuggets out of a lengthy contract heading to the new CBA and a decent prospect in return.
