6 teams are playing today and we need them to all win for a successful tank.

Knicks, Lakers, Kings, Mavs, Magic, and Suns.

you win today and you are 3.5 back of denver with three games remaining against them.

And Denver ain't exactly lighting it up. Lost four of past seven with losses to the TWolves, Kings and Charlotte

We won't have a chance in playoffs as 8th seed. Not enough depth. We should sit Davis and Cousins to tank and keep healthy. Come back next year with a healthy team and added draft pick. Make a splash next season.

It is more important for those two to play as much together as possible for next year.

What we should do is get a full refund for Solomon Hill, then sign a good wing in the offseason.

If only....

Nah. Gotta play those two to sell tickets. Don't worry, as long as Solo and Hollis Thompson are playing we won't win more than one in five, especially with Jrue playing as a turnover-first PG.

I don't get why so many of y'all want to tank the best outcome would be that the teams gels and starts playing really good basketball to end the season going into the offseason so we have momentum to build off. Then add a couple of solid shooting wings and we would be set getting a top 3 pick is a long shot at best with the Davis and Cousins both playing

The idea is to get into the lottery and hopefully get a top-3 pick.

0-4 in games both have played in, so...

In all seriousness, you're right about it being a long shot, but it would be nice to be able to trade the pick again.

I agree that it would be awesome to get the third pick but I think with it being so unlikely that we do get the pick I would rather see the team playing good basketball even if they don't make the playoffs

Personally, I'd love to see the team make the playoffs. I can't bring myself to root against my own team, even if losing is in their best interests.

I watch every game, either at the Blender or on TV, and I always hope for a win and feel better when the team wins.

I don't get as upset at losses as I do with LSU football, but that's only because there's 82 games and every team loses games every season. I do get upset when we lose 3+ straights, give away games we should have won (like SA the last game) or lose to teams we should beat (Dallas, Brooklyn, etc.).

Yea I agree 100 percent with everything you said I just can't bring myself to root against them especially with getting Cousins. It would make such a big difference if we could find a way into the playoffs since it would be Cousins first time there even we if we got swept it would be big deal going into next season

Boogie has never been to the playoffs and AD has only had a small taste, it really would be in the teams best interest if they made it somehow so they could have experience and confidence going forward. A top 3 pick is almost certainly not going to happen and these guys need to play with each other and get some wins that will carry them into feeling good for next season.

Phoenix wins in insane fashion, but we're not catching up with them unless two of AD/Boogie/Jrue miss a lot of time.

Several years ago people were pissed when Belinelli won the Hornicans a seemingly meaningless game and hurt the tank. Without that win we don't get AD. A 38% chance of winning is a 62% chance of losing. Focus on figuring what and who can work long term with AD/DC and let the chips fall where they may.

This teams benefits more as an 8th seed than a pick sent to Sacramento from finishing about 5th worse and getting the pick ripped from them. This team can still hit its stride of it can go on a small win streak. Should have beaten SAn Antonio but Jrue was horrible at the end of regulation.
