Yes, we are 7-0
But IYO, what are some areas we need to work on or improve in?

Defense has been the key so far. But we are in the bottom ten in scoring.

the reason our scoring is so low because of our defense..we control the clock pretty much, very slow pace team..but trust me scoring is not an issue with this team. Every single player on this roster can light it up with the exception of mbenga and pops.

Yep, 23rd in NBA. So defense (4th, before tonight, which will improve) isn't QUITE as good as it appears, but offense is better.

I haven't seen any glaring weaknesses through 7 games. The team looks really solid. I think we rely too much on outside shooting from forwards to win in the playoffs.

I'd like to see less fouls at times, even though some of them I've noticed are complete bullshite, but there are still some that are aviodable. But even that is nitpicking.

I don't mind the fouls. The team is trying to create an identity. Hard fouls and tough defense is a good way to put the league on notice that they aren't going to get many easy baskets against us.

I won't say it's a "glaring weakness", but I'd prefer more help at center behind Okafor.

The way everyone's using the big men to bang on the Heat is just emphasizing how important controlling the boards can be. Having a spare in case of an emergency would be a really good thing, as I wouldn't want Mbenga and Smith splitting time at that role for any extended period.

I dont always like to look at scoring as an indicator of how potent a team is offensively. Check FG% amongst other things can dictate how good a team is on the offensive side.
Hornets Stats:
FGA/G- 76.8
FG%- 47.1%
FTA/G- 25.2
FT%- 78.1%

Yeah I'd like to see some of the Grayte white but the only weakness or "glaring weakness" I can say is the attendance and I hope we can start making more of the open shots that they get...

Other than that

You have to think he's not seeing the floor for the same reasons Marcus isn't, just not good enough defense. It's kind of a shame because you know he's worked his arse of literally, but he's always been slow so he may never be good enough for Monty.
