Not gonna sit here all day and continue to give valid reasons and points as to why a BIG NAME SUPERSTAR will come ever come to NOLA...
Trust me, I'd be the first person to say I want KD...I want LeBron...I want Melo....I want Kyrie....I want Love...I want Lillard..I want ANY of these guys....but it wont happen. EVER.....realistically, wont happen....
Would KD have gone to OKC? Would Westbrook would have gone to OKC? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....Never....but they got drafted into that situation(KD via Seattle)..but nonetheless they will leave once the other leaves or the money runs out then they will chase a valid championship....OKC did what they did via the draft...Look for Minnesota to possibly be the next OKC given their great abundance of young talent...
At the end of the day....we wont get any of these guys..

This isn't the 80s where you need to go to a big city to make a brand for yourself.
Tiger Woods does not do better for himself because of the place he lives. Also, it's not like NOLA doesn't have its fair share of celebrity residents. Believe it or not, NOLA is a pretty decent place to live for the upper class.
If you are saying that the Pels will never land Kevin Durant, you may have some reasoning in your statement, but it's not like you're going out on a limb, here; however, to say we will never land a "big named superstar" is, frankly, unreasonable.
This Pelican's organization is only, what, 4 years old? It has shown to be much more capable than the New Orleans/Charlotte Hornets. Check out San Antonio, a small market with a competent front office. They just pulled LaMarcus Aldridge, did they not?

longhorn is honestly probably the worst poster overall, I honestly can't think of any boards he's liked. He's hated on the O-T, MSB, FSB, frick they even hate this guy on the FDB board. I just don't get how someone can be such a terrible poster online.
