While watching the end of the Hornets/Spurs Game 7, there was one thought that consistently ran through my head: why the hell is Jannero Pargo taking all the shots? With talented players like Chris Paul, Peja Stojakovic, and David West on the floor, I couldn’t understand why all the outlet passes were going to Pargo, nor why Pargo felt it was necessary to try and take over the game.

In fairness, Peja was straight garbage that entire series. Peja choked harder in game 7's than (insert analogy here).

IIRC correctly, Pargo actually shot us back into the game late in the 4th - so to criticize him for missing the would-be tying shot seems a bit unfair from the article i quoted.

But still I do remember CP3 having a 50/50 option to either keep and drive or kick it to JP2 on that crucial play and he chose to pass.

Tracy McGrady would beg to differ, but he choked so bad in the playoffs I don't think any team he was on ever made a game 7.

People talk about this game like it was game 7 in the Finals. You know you have a bad history when the second round is your crowning achievement,

I think the biggest shot was the DWade game 7 winner back in like 2002.

The Hornets had a good squad that year. I think it was Baron Davis, and that UK player. Cant remember his name.

They could have made some noise that year.

I'll never forget the gasp in the arena when that ball was in the air. the arena would have gone bonkers if he makes that I think we would have won the game/series
