How does the ticket thing work - like if I have 3 season tickets, do they offer me the chance to buy my same seats for the playoff games?

It depends on if you have a good ticket rep or not.
In 2011 my rep never called or contacted me about Lakers tickets. I had to call him and he said that my seats had already been bought by someone else. I ended up being able to get tickets for game 3 and 4 but they were not where I had been sitting all season.
