That was a pretty cool video although I will admit, I watched it closely and not sure I saw the difference in the shot.

Yeah. WTF is a sweep and sway? His shot does look faster and I don't think he brings it down as low as he used to.

Apparently it has to do with the feet sweeping forward and the shoulders swaying back.
More of a relaxed shooting form than shooting straight up and down, landing with your feet more narrow than they were from takeoff is important, too.
I watched another of that guys videos and he explains it.
