I bought that was a play on type of call. What about the call when nene had elbow in cousins stomach on the 3, if that was anyone else that was a foul? Bad calls all over but a lot of bullshite along the way.

Back on the ranch....

Takeaways:
1. Boogie is great
2. AD and Boogie can coexist and be great together
3. Rest of the Pels suck offensively

Boogie is physical, yes. But I don't see him holding players all game long like they were doing him. Shaq was physical, but you didn't see him having to use a "hack a Shaq" style of play against other players.

Go look at the play where Cousins and Anderson got tied up as another example. Cousins was the one grabbing and pushing and he got called for the foul.

That was a good call and Cousins did not really complain.

Nene is known for being very physical and with Cousins rep I do not blame Nene for playing like he does. The Rockets can afford to lose Nene for the night, not matter what team Cousins is on he has to stay on the floor.

So why not try to get under Cousins skin. Also Nene does not back down from anybody. I thought some of those tussles would have been a foul on Nene had it not been Cousins he was tangled with.

This is something we are going to have to get used to until Cousins can change his rep some.

You are starting to see the same thing with Draymond Green every time his leg goes up in the air, he is accused of kicking somebody.

Boogie holds constantly. Don't listen to the announcers and use your eyes instead.

Look at this highlight clip at 3:15 and the very next play at 3:25:

https://youtu.be/p-uaNzJsE30

Both plays Cousins is grabbing Nene. Watch Cousins' right arm on both plays.

And he does those things the entire game, and Joel Meyers is making y'all think it's Nene doing the holding when it's actually Cousins.

Why are you rolling your eyes? I'm not arguing Nene wasn't being physical either. I'm saying they were both being physical while people in this thread are acting like Nene was fouling all night.

It's not true. They were both being physical.

I think Nene was trying to get under DC's skin a bit but that should be expected. Needing to keep his emotions in check is a weak spot in his game that he needs to improve on.

I wasn't really listening to the announcers - I was watching from row 10.
