Realistically to get better

Realistically to get better We will probably have to trade BI and get a true PG or a defensive center (I would like to keep JV). I think Trey can fill in for BIs spot.
Who could we realistically get in a trade for BI and future picks. Not sure I’d want to trade any current player.

Herb need to continue to get better from 3 he has improved so much hopefully he can continue to get better. That will draw attention and keep a man off the block.
Trey needs to be more consistent he is either hot or cold I'd rather a continuous warm. He needs to be better on defense.
Zion really needs to stay healthy he was so good down the stretch that is all NBA level.
JV is a very good traditional center ( he is what he is)
Jose has improved his deep shot his defense is great
He just needs to get more min.
Dyson has improved on offense ( he is a servicable back up and a defensive stud) if he can get an offense game going he could be a freak (herb 2.0)
Hawkins is a dude he is just buried behind cj and bi
He can shoot he lacks defense but that will improve.
The rest can go
Bi. Needs to be traded
Cj. He will be back his contract is to high to move
Larry is a solid player but not a big ( I like him he just has the wrong role)
* Willie Green* needs to get the frick out ASAP
He as zero identity as a HC he has no idea when to call a time out and his rotation is abysmal.
He is still young but let him go cut his teeth somewhere else.
I want the Memphis coach that dude had his tem playing hard and improving w/ zero chance of the playoffs and with 1/2 the team on IR.

Assuming we lose the series with little additional fight, I would fire Willie and look for another good young basketball mind, borrego as a failsafe. I would then look to trade BI for a promising young defensive big and either one or more firsts, depending on the big we get in exchange. I would try to get Jonas to resign on a team friendly deal with the intent of starting him and having him teach post moves to the new defensive big. Extend Trey Murphy. Hope to land a gem of a point guard in the draft

I think that they are using BI incorrectly. He is not a good enough ball handler for what the offense is using him for.
He is better at coming off of off-ball screens that lands him in his sweet spot to attack.

Another problem is that CJ won’t recognize a true PG if he’s on court. Alvarado at PG and CJ at SG at the same time has worked this season until CJ inevitably takes over the ball handling. Then Willie doesn’t confront him about it, and we regress.
Ultimately, it keeps coming back to a coach that can’t spell “data” or manage personnel, for a franchise without a gameday experience or management accountability.
