Anyone in region with $9 to purchase an antenna and a TV with a coaxial cable can watch.
I think the decision actually grows the potential viewership by many multiples but correct me if I'm wrong.

Bounce on direct tv is 82 but the guide does not show the Pelicans game. Hopefully the guide is just not updated.
