I think he's somewhere in the middle of these 2 takes.

Not a starter, but not a end of the bench dude hanging around on a roster.

He's a legit backup PG in a regular season rotation and I now believe a playoff rotation too. Though that may be what Bunchie meant too, but I took the wording a little differently to be more of an end of the bench type dude.

I don't think the Pels need a "starting PG" as much as they need more than 3 guys that can run the offense. They need a 4th ballhandler/creator like they need a 3rd big. It's crazy that for once the team has too many shooters and needs to rebalance the roster.

I don't know what he is. But I know this. He's a winning player.

I think his closest comp as far as impact and value might be JJ Barea, who played a very important role on a title team.
