AD needs to keep getting the ball and keep taking it to the damn rack. Good things will happen when he has the ball. Every time these other borderline NBA players shoot the ball I want to punch the TV.

The whole goal on offense should be to attack the paint constantly. Whether that is pick and roll, driving in, posting up, cutting, etc. That is the goal of any offense. Once the ball is in the paint, everything else opens up. You don't necessarily have to score in the paint. But you should be getting the ball into the paint.
Nobody is attacking the paint for the Pelicans. That's why they look like arse.

He's really fast, so he can drive in but he's not much of a threat to finish so you know he's going to be looking to pass. Defenders can go underneath the screen and dare him to shoot.
