I mean thats great. Sounds like they are buds. Don't think it will have anything to do with it next year. Like at all. Probably just needed a big on the end of the bench and he was there for the minimum.

Maybe not, but he was closest with Perkins in OKC. If we know we have a good shot at KD, re-sign Perkins next year to the same deal to help make KD's transition smooth.

Jesus Christ do you have a problem with everything? Perkins isn't a chandler parsons level recruiter but to say he would play no part in luring KD here is idiotic and uninformed.

People are way overestimating his KD value. It won't hurt our case for KD to have friendly insight into the team, but this is a vet leadership move.
