he has done and said all the right things since the whole Phoenix incident. what more do you people want?

Not so much unconditional love as being annoyed by sackless internet dweebs who get their only thrill (vicarious at that) by continually bitching about a player so that they can make themselves feel more insightful than other fans. frick you and good night.

Exactly! The most ardent Gordon supporter, tehchampion, isn't even unconditional. I just get tired of these defeatist, whining, sandy counts that constantly fricking complain about Gordon. Just shut the frick up about it already.

I say just start Austin Rivers, let Gordon come off the bench like the Nuggets used to do with JR "instant offense" Smith. He'll hit 4-5 baskets and then let AR come back in.

and try to trade him in the meantime.

This is where your plan fails.

there may have been one person in here, and maybe another sarcastically, complaining about Gordon's off the court shite. he had a shitty fourth quarter last night. he made a 3 that didn't matter and maybe had another basket along the line...but he sure as hell did turn the ball over 3 times. he's done far too much recently. in fact, i'm almost positive his t/o per minutes played is the highest on the team while his assist/to ratio is the (or close to the) worst.

i've been trying very hard to find scoring breakdown by player per quarter, but i'm not having any luck

I'm not disputing any of that. He has not been living up to my expectations for him at all recently, but I think some of that is rust. Hopefully he starts to find his rhythm soon.

Still, there are 3 or 4 posters on here that make me want to choke with Gordon's nuts.

NBA.com. The new site is fantastic

ETA: For Gordon, he averages 10 pts in the first half on 8 shots and 43% shooting with 1.4 TOs.

2nd half its 6 pts on 5.4 shots and 35% shooting with 1.5 TOs.

Minutes are the same 14.7 v 14.6

Everything else is about the same- assists, FTAs, etc.

the one place I didn't look because the site is (or i suppose now at least used to be) so awful. much appreciated. glad they finally did something.

i'm surprised the TOs didn't go up much by half...but those points and shots numbers are interesting. wonder if that's a matter of monty not running sets through him or just him passing up shots or what.

I avoided it too because the site was so weird. but i saw this LINK

and gave it a whirl. very nice now. the shooting data is amazing.

i thought the TOs would go up as well. fatigue could be another reason for the poor shooting.
