I love you guys... even you crewz, if I didn't have some modicum of respect for you, I wouldn't screw with you at times.

They'd trade Tyreke because they think they can get something of value for him because playoffs aren't the goal, building a team Holiday will resign with is. Freeing up a roster and rotation spot for Lance if he's healthy is just a bonus.

I hope we lose the next 4 games. And the next 4 after that.

You'd love being an LSU basketball fan.

I want the Pels to win. Would love to see them make the playoffs trade or not.

I need at least one team I can cheer for and enjoy watching play and get emotionally involved with.

I enjoy Pels victories. I have no interest in pretending to be GM or trying to figure out potential trades vs draft picks and so forth. Nobody is paying me to do that.

If I'm going to invest time and money attending and watching basketball games I want my team to win as many of them as possible.

Does that make me a bad fan?

TBH - assuming that we are trading the pick on draft night, there is only a small difference between finishing f.e. 10th and 15th draft-wise.

Barring injury, AD+Jrue core won't tank (others will start tanking soon). There is no way we will be inside TOP-10. Also Gentry and Dell are fighting for their job.

So let's say we are between 10 and 15.
Is there a much difference of caliber of players who we could trade our pick for?
Don't think so.
Last year, in poor draft you was able to get decent G. Hill for a pick. This draft is better.

Just don't see much more value in this range.

Only way it may be better (assuming health) will be when we will fail to qualify to PO and go to the top-3 during lottery.
Or AD or Jrue will be injured and we will fall in the rankings.

Not saying that something is good or bad, but assuming players are healthy and fighting for PO - this is where we are.

In the past Bulls were 14th worst team in the regular season and won the lottery (rose)...
