Multiple reports that Nets are looking to move D Wil, Brook Lopez, and Joe Johnson. I know all their contracts are pretty ridiculous, but is there anyway we get in on this?

Maybe as a facilitator in some way (giving up some junk to gain another team's junk), but I don't see us taking on any of those guys.

It seems like a situation that could alleviate moving Evans for sure. Making a big move like that would also fit right into the "Win Now" attitude that the organization is desperately trying to have.

What does the rest of Joe Johnson's contract look like? Can he play the 3?

One more season at $24 million. Do you really need to know any more?

This guy has such an absurd contract given his on-court play

That's probably worse than Josh Smith.

I'd say so

Smith's:

13.5 mil(2014)
13.5(2015)
13.5(2016)

Yeah, Prokherov has such an apparently unlimited fortune that he was willing to go like 40% over the cap limit. It's insane.

And they lost 144 mil last year.

WSH only lost 13 mil for comparison.

Billy King is also the worst GM in the NBA.

It's a shitshow with him plus prokerov.

Finding any trades that make sense for Johnson/D-Will/Lopez crew is a depressing NBA exercise.

Yep.

Also, according to Trade Machine, Jack can't be combined with another player in a trade unless the receiving team is under the cap. Of all the Nets players that aren't on expiring contracts (which I assume BKN won't part with), Jack is the only contract that doesn't make you want to gauge your eyes.

Only one real trade in the works for Brooklyn: Once more, Nets-76ers trying to complete an Andrei Kirilenko deal, league sources tell Yahoo.

Not sure why the 76ers are trying to do that. Not that AK gives them a ton of more wins, but he could still make them better and will be washed up when those younger guys should start to figure some things out.
