I know asik doesn't add much on offense but to leave Anderson out there in a tight game while he gets repeatedly abused in the post is idiotic. As a defensive minded coach you would think he would opt for the guy who can get you stops.

Not to mention the collapses against Portland the first time, the cavs, and the mavs twice. This team is coached by a broke and sorry man. Unfortunately he'll be here for a long time and that's why I'm going where AD goes. Call me a poor fan but I refuse to support ignorance and stupidity.

The problem with this front office is that it's obvious it needs to be blown up but there is nobody in place to make that call. Demps isn't going to advocate for Monty getting fired because he knows that would likely mean he's gone too. Loomis doesn't seem like he would make that type of move and who knows if Benson still remembers he owns the team.

Maybe. But currently there isn't a coach that's been with the team for 2 seasons with an under .500 record. It's been 5 years for Monty. And he isn't close to .500. It's really not his fault. Yes he is a God awful coach, I completely agree. But the fact that he hasn't been fired after 5 years shows how poor the management of the organization is. Just spare yourself now and quit following this team. AD is gone and the team is lucky to still even be in New Orleans

There was never the slightest chance in hell that Monty would be fired by this point in the season. None. So it has nothing to do with the front office being without direction. If we see an epic collapse in the next couple of weeks, things may change and they may make a change during the season. I don't think they'll do anything during the season unless they have a coach they want lined up.

Benson has only owned the team for 2 1/2 of those seasons.
