Solid 9 for sure. These are nice and local flavor. Not sure about the woman's shoulder pad look.

I like the a lot, shoulder stripes could use tweaking for sure though. 8.5

I don't know about the uniforms, but the Pelicans logo itself with the purple, green, and gold is better than the actual Pelicans logo.

10 without the sleeves. Basketball uniforms do not have sleeves.
