if the ADDC experiment isn't going as planned, what sort of value could we get for Cousins expiring contract on the trade block?

That would depend on the team we are trading him too, and if he will commit to them that he will re-sign.
If he's being sent to, say, the Lakers, and tells him he will re-sign...yeah we can get a nice deal. Pick + young players.
If he won't commit to a team we won't get much. Maybe a protected first and matching salaries.

Unless it's really bad I ask Cousins and AD if there's a GM/Coach that will get them to stick it out. I clean house before I sell low on Cousins.
