Kind of hard to determine that without watching the game. Maybe there were a lot of long rebounds.

Great line. I think he could help as a rim runner and energy guy on the boards.

Yep. Love Larry but he’s been giving us almost nothing lately. Sadly I think he’s almost done. The injuries seem to have caught up to him.
This team is dying for an athletic, rim protecting big. If Karlo can give us 10 minutes of that a night it would be huge

He averaged 9.2 Reb per 36 minutes in Europe. I don’t think anyone expected the second coming of Ben Wallace. Weird post

If he can do what he did even 80% at the NBA level, he will bring that element the center committee has been missing.

Karlo is averaging 19/8. I've watched several of the 6 minute game recap clips put out by the GLeague and focusing just on Karlo, this is what has stood out to me:
The Good:
- Sets good picks
- Rolls to the basket well to be a lob threat
- Boxes out regularly
The Bad:
- When I've seen him having to rotate in the paint to stop someone that got by their man, he has been a step slow and has not looked good as a rim protector. He is averaging 1.5 blocks, so I'm guessing it's not all bad, but what has made the game recap clips don't make him look like much of a rim protector.
- 8.3 rebounds in 34 minutes is not good, and this is the GLeague.
Obviously he can get better, but the defense and rebounding not appearing to be there at an adequate level is kind of a big deal. I have zero expectation that they sign him to a contract this year. Making Matt Ryan playoff eligible would be way more useful to the Pels.

Signing Matt Ryan and getting Karlo on a two way to get him around the team for development makes sense and then convert him in the offseason when we let Cody and EJ go

EJ’s contract is guaranteed next season. The Pels giving JRE a contract says to me that they don’t think EJ is going to work out. My guess would be if he is not part of a trade this summer, they pay a team cash to take him or just cut him for the roster spot and eat the near minimum contract.

Yeah I’d sign Matt Ryan. Keep JRE around next year, I like him as an end of the bench guy. Try to dump EJ and give Karlo his spot. I think Karlo can at least set screens, catch lobs and block some shots for 10 minutes in a game which we really need
