- Last but not least, CUNNINGHAM. This guy was all over the floor. He brings an energy and hustle to this team when he enters the game that's contagious. His man defense is stellar. I've been pleasantly surprised at just how powerful he is. He does not let his man get to their spots on that end of the floor.

I'm not sure if he's playing well because he has something to prove after his off the court issues or if he's actually that good. Either way, hope he keeps this up for us.

You guys forgot to mention Omer Asik last night too. He had an awesome game on the offensive and defensive side with 16 points, 14 rebounds, and a couple of blocks.

Only reason I didn't include him on the list (I debated it) was because Amare kind of beat him up a little in the post last night. It was definitely one of his best games, but it doesn't top his opening night performance.

Ryno isn't playing well right now. I didn't say he was. My only remark was that in the previous crap games he's had, he had wide open looks. Smith played the best defense on him I've seen this season though. He took a ton of contested shots last night.

Anderson has had a TON of shots go in and out. He's on line, they will start falling with more frequency
