I've had many rockets fans tell me he needs to go. I would most definitely pass. Just don't see him as having a smart basketball mind.

So let me get this straight.
We fire Monty after a playoff birth.
Hire Alvin Gentry, Then proceed to fire him 11 games in.
Hire McHale, who quite frankly is not that good.
Thats the type of shite that will make us very unappealing as an organization for anyone who even thought of playing with AD and that is a ticket to make AD demand a trade.

So him being fired as soon into a season as you want Gentry to be fired doesn't matter as it's more convenient to change coaches over who we change it too?
