My son wants to see the Suns when they come next week. They play Friday night and two days later on Sunday. Sunday would be the best option but I already got burned spending a lot of money on Golden State tickets for his birthday and with this new age of basketball, I don’t know if the Suns starters will sit out either game or not.

Do Suns players sit out games or is that just a Golden State thing right now?

Paul is out hurt. You should be able to see Booker. If you want to be sure, wait to read reports day of game and buy tickets that day on Seat Geek. Good luck.

I really don’t get this… either take him to see the Pelicans and all we have to offer or go to Golden State or Phoenix.

Pay to see our stars, not whoever we’re running out the building that night.

I don’t go to Southampton games so I can see Man Utd, Chelsea and Arsenal… I go because I enjoy watching us repeatedly lose… a lifetime of punishment that I bought into as a child, via my parents encouraging me to support my local team.

He can't help who his son likes. There are tons of other NBA fans in the NO area or that visit. I'm a Pelican fan that lives outside Atlanta. I don't like the Hawks. But I go a couple of times a year just to see a game. It's not that unusual..

The 2nd game of back to back games (no rest day in between) especially when the 1st is a home game and second is a road game is when it seem teams rest players.

How in the hell has a NOLA sports fan been born in the UK? (Rhetorical)

I grew up watching the saints get throttled, then we got the Pels and they quickly turned south.

The thing is, when things go right it’s awesome. The bitter makes the sweet so much sweeter.

So your son didn't switch to becoming a Luka Mavs fan when they beat Phoenix to go to the WCF last season?

Why can’t y’all raise your damn kids to be Pelicans fans? My sons know damn near every player on the roster. They hate LeBron, Toni, and the Lakers. I guess I’m just a good father.

My kids are too young, but my neighbors kid is a closet Pels fan because he gets clowned at school by a bunch of Youngsville white kids..

My understanding is the latest 7th grade craze is buying several player edition $200 shoes and then sliding your feet around like a caveman so as to not crease the top of the shoe
