I guess I joined TD at the perfect time...right when all the rational people go full rantard and I can come in and add some rationality back to the board

It's not even the record, we haven't shot well at all, we look like a shitshow. I believe in holding people accountable for failures. Once I see some tangible evidence that monty can run a plsyoff caliber offense, I'll change my tune. Until then, screw him, and what do you expect?

I'm tired of paying to see mismanagement of talent.

Just like I posted in the other thread...its been FOUR games people. When the Heat first came together they didn't look like they do now. People were saying it wouldnever work out and fire Spo, let Riley coach the team, etc. But the Heat had a plan and they stuck to it rather than listen to irrational and impatient sports fans and it worked out. Monty and Dell have a plan. That plan wont comw together in four games nor will it probably for many more games. Monty has to learn about his new pieces just like the new pieces have to learn this system and each other. Monty will tweak things based on what he learns from his new guys.

Thats partly why Rivers has not played much. Monty wants to see his newer players play more and in different lineups. He still has to experiment. Chill out guys.

And we are a better team than the Suns and our record will reflect that at the end of the season

Benson has made it clear we are in WIN NOW MODE. it's a long season so we'll see brother, just know Monty is on NOTICE. you think season ticket holders are going to be lining up to see Monty's roundball hoops shitshow if things don't go well this year? BENSON didn't make a billie by being dumb......he did it by hiring a head coach worth a damn.

You tards realize the Heat started 4-1 in their first five games and already had reeled off a 12 game win streak by Xmas. And they went to the Finals

I'm generally considered one of the most rational posters on here and often try to talk people off the ledge but I think I've seen enough. Yes the sample size is small, but Anderson being out is exactly when Monty should be showing us something if he were the guy we need to take AD to the top. Not only has he not shown us anything good, what we've seen has looked pretty bad. He has enough talent that they shouldn't look terrible. If Ryan Anderson coming back is what it takes to make Monty look like a good coach, I think that says he's not a good coach, at least not as good as we need him to be.

One of the reasons I've defended Monty in the past besides not having enough talent to properly evaluate, is that the alternatives were pretty limited. That isn't the case right now. George Karl may be the Jim Mora of the NBA, but that's still an upgrade over Monty and is just fine for the next leg of the Anthony Davis Pain Train.

I also think that Demps doesn't survive our pick being lower than 10, so he may well have motivation to do something sooner than later if Monty can't right the ship.

Karl sucks in the postseason. 7 out of 8 first round exits with the Nuggets.

That is still more postseason appearances than Monty and Byron combined.

And? Not saying the team should definitely keep Monty but Karl is not the answer.

So you'd be happy with first round exits? Got it.

This is what happens when Carmelo Anthony is your best player.

No mention of going to the WCF in his first year in Seattle with that young, Sonic team? Or losing to the Bulls in the finals? Or losing to Hakeem and Shaq/Kobe led teams in the semis?

Those Sonic teams are very similar to the Pels. Young, athletic PF. Great defensive PG who can score the ball. Smooth shooting big men. They were a top 5 offensive and defensive team for most of Karl's tenure. Their core was young and got out and pushed the ball.

Karl really would be perfect here. I bet he wouldn't mind coaching this team, if not for coaching AD alone.
