Game Experience Changes

The whole game experience is out-dated and honestly, it would take very little money to create an identity. This team/organization has no swag.
LA Clippers - Lob City
GSW - Splash Brothers
Lakers - they suck but the arena feel would get me in the building.
OKC - LIVE
I know there are a couple teams that are down in the dumps but they are big market teams who could attract a FA on the city alone.
Nola must embrace the NOLA-NESS.
You say it's hood? I say you're fricking right, be nervous when u come down here bc it's on.
Turn the lights down low, hire someone who knows the new jams that get u ready to ball.
Make it F U N even if you lose. Make an opposing team say "eww we're headed to Nola, at least it's gonna be lit in the building".
Mix up the uniform colors/ does it always have to say "New Orleans"? How bout Nola? How bout a Crecent City throwback? I luv the Mardi Gras jerseys.
These outdated chants on offense are HORRRRIBBLLEEEE.
Hire some young, energetic guys who know basketball and have creativity. The old fellas in suits and ties don't listen enough...I understand you have to make a dollar and keep it wholesome but my God, some music changes, uniform mixups and lights down low wouldn't kill anyone, it would actually be fun.

Watch the 2014 All Star game and do what they did to change the arena experience.
I 100% agree that that everything about the game experience is dated as hell. Most of the sound effects and shite haven't been changed since the team moved here 14 years ago. It's pathetic.

The "Heidy, Heidy, Heidy Hooeee", Gwen Stefani's "Woooo, hoooo, Ooo, Hooo", and other similar sound clips HAVE to go. There's always people that say team employees browse this board periodically, so if you're reading this, PLEASE update the music and sound clips. It's cringe-worthy every game hearing the same, lame clips from 2002.

Yeah, better music is definitely needed. I really like the music Memphis plays in their arena. Hopefully we follow suit sometime soon, because this generic shite we have is getting really old.

I'm not saying we have to go full organ like they did for the 2014 ASG, but that sounded infinitely better than the shite that plays at games now.

It really is way outdated.
I wish they would do a few things. Dim the lights a bit. Play Brass Band, Jazz, Bounce, NOLA Rap. Get some fresh stuff.

During crunch time when the crowd should be the loudest all I ever hear is YMCA. The music and sound clips in the arena are the most outdated I've ever heard.

I've always only been able to make a handful of games a year for the last 8 years due to school and being out of state. I didn't like the sound effects and music choices, but it wasn't that big of a deal since I wasn't exposed to it but a few times a year. I'm a season ticket holder now and it is annoying as frick going to 25+ games this year and hearing the same shite over and over and over. Like I've said in other threads on this subject, I don't know how the people who control the sound don't change it because they themselves are sick of hearing that shite every game for over a decade.
Like I want to talk to that usher who sits on the corner of the floor opposite of the Pels bench (Pretty sure he's been with the franchise since they moved to NOLA) and ask him how the hell he doesn't go nuts having to hear that shite over and over and over.
Basically I'm ranting about this because the product on the floor sucks arse, but you can only control that so much. The overall fan experience is practically 100% within the control of the team and arena operations staff. For it to be this shitty is pathetic.
